DreamGlyph Studios LLC ("we", "our", "us") makes KingdomCome, the sermon notes app for iPad, listed on the App Store as KingdomCome Pulpit (the "App"). This policy covers the App specifically — for the DreamGlyph Studios website itself, see our site privacy policy.
1. Information We Collect
None. The App has no account and no sign-in, and it does not communicate with any DreamGlyph Studios server — we don't run one for it. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash-reporting service, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
2. What Stays on Your iPad
Everything you create is stored only in the App's own storage on your iPad:
- your sermons, including the last twenty saved versions of each;
- your series, and the slide pictures and slide files you add;
- the ProPresenter computers you have connected to (their name, network address, and port);
- a record of each time you preached a sermon from the podium.
Deleting a sermon in the App removes it from your iPad. Deleting the App removes everything it stored. If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPad to a computer, iOS may include the App's data in that backup, under your own Apple account — we have no access to it.
3. Your Local Network and ProPresenter
The App asks for iOS's Local Network permission so it can find and talk to ProPresenter on your church's network. To find it, the App listens for ProPresenter announcing itself on the network and checks addresses on your local network for ProPresenter's usual ports. It does not contact anything outside your local network.
Once connected, the App reads what ProPresenter is showing, its playlists, and its presentations, so it can match your slides. It sends requests to show a slide when you pass a cue (or fire one yourself), and — if you leave the option on — runs a sermon countdown timer in ProPresenter while you preach in Lead mode. Your sermon notes are never sent to ProPresenter. In Follow mode the App sends nothing at all.
The App's built-in demo ProPresenter runs entirely on your iPad and needs no network.
4. Sharing and Exporting
Nothing leaves your iPad unless you choose to share or export it. When you share a sermon, the App creates a .kcsermon file and hands it to the iOS share sheet; you choose where it goes. That file contains the sermon, any author name and church you entered, the terms of use you chose, and — only if you confirm you have the rights to them — the slide files. Your private notes and the record of past deliveries are left out unless you choose to include them. Exports of your notes and cue sheet work the same way.
Once you send a file, the person you send it to and the service you send it with (Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or another app) handle it under their own terms. When you open a sermon file someone sent you, the App reads it on your iPad and contacts no one.
5. Apple
The App is distributed through Apple's App Store and TestFlight. If you have chosen in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide us with crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. Apple controls that sharing, and you can turn it off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age — it doesn't collect personal information at all.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add optional features that work differently. Changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.
